Sprowston Youth Engagement Project and Norfolk LGBTQ+ Project run a joint group for young LGBTQ+ children and young people aged 13-18yrs as well as those questioning their sexuality or gender identity called BYTS – Be Your True Self. It’s a safe space to meet other young people in a safe space, make friends with like minded individuals, chat, play games and chill out. Our rainbow group is friendly and we look forward to welcoming you soon!

BYTS Youth groups provides facilitated support and social opportunities for young LGBTQ+ people living in Norfolk & Waveney. The aim of these youth groups is to create a space where you can hang out with other LGBTQ+ young people and make some new friends and join in the activities – all in a safe and respectful environment.

Age: 13 – 18
Time: Wednesday 6pm – 8pm, fortnightly
